Samir Geepee is the creator and facilitator of The Clarity Game™, a breakthrough peer coaching tool that is transforming how organizations develop leaders. With over two decades of experience across leadership, coaching, and transformation work, Samir helps managers evolve into intentional, people-first leaders by fostering clarity in how they think, communicate, and lead.

His mission is simple yet powerful: to create spaces where individuals discover their own answers, align with their purpose, and lead with confidence. Through The Clarity Game™, Samir has brought meaningful leadership development to organizations across the Middle East and beyond — making him a trusted voice in the world of leadership clarity.

As a communications professional with over 15 years of experience in the Middle East, Amy understands how improv skills can be translated to produce excellentresults in the workplace. She is the island's first female stand up comedian and a popular fixture of the Bahrain comedy scene for over eight years. She has written and directed comedy sketches and received training from Ryan Perez, a scriptwriter for The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Amy is a founding member of Hold My Karak improv comedy group, and offers improv classes as part of Manama Theatre Club for self-esteem and confidence building.

She is also a writer and PR professional and has conducted workshops on key messaging, media communications, and public speaking, handling key account clients such as Zain Bahrain, Bahrain Airport Company, Bahrain Tender Board, and more.
